If you love the apartment and are approved a $100.00 holding fee will keep the home for you for 24 hours. Rent begins on the following day and the holding fee is applied to the approved applicant's first month's rent after move-in.

The base security deposit will be equal to one month’s rent. You may be asked to provide additional proof of financial responsibility depending on your credit score. This could include a co-signer, savings account, or an additional security deposit. If you are rebuilding your credit, please just be honest and we are willing to work with you to still qualify.
